Why use WeCocoon?
WeCocoon is here to help you with your registry. You've got already enough stuff on your mind with the organization of your wedding. You'll find anything on WeCocoon, from amazing products to great experiences. Would it be that amazing blender you've always dreamt of or that fly ticket to New York City, we've got it all covered. And if you want to register for a fund, no problem it's also possible. Your guests will be able to offer you the entire gift or contribute to it whenever you allowed the group gifting. Oh, all that for free.
Does WeCocoon support international shipping? Or Only Belgium?
WeCocoon currently only allows shipping to Belgium. But, give us a call, we might find a solution for you. There is no reason to leave our friends abroad unsatisfied.
How does WeCocoon work?
It's easy. First you'll need to sign up as a couple. Then you'll need to fill in some basic information (name, address, bank details, etc). Don't forget to add a picture of you guys! Secondly you'll add some gifts - either from our product range or you can create your own gift. Don't forget to publish your registry and share it (facebook, invitations, etc)
Can I shop on WeCocoon without having a wedding registry?
No, you can't. If we decide to open our shop for regular shopping you'll get informed for sure.

Can I create a registry for free on WeCocoon?
Yes, creating a registry on WeCocoon is 100% free. When you receive real gifts, it’s also free! Even better, shipping is included, so the price indicated on WeCocoon is VAT and shipping included.

How do I add an item to my registry?
We've made the process easy thanks to our checklist. It helps you making sure you don't forget anything. You can also explore WeCocoon to add products to your registry. Simply click on 'add to registry' once you've decided the quantity you want. Click on 'group gifting' if you want people to be able to contribute any amount to the gift.
How many gifts should I add?
We recommend to add more gifts than guests. Let's say you invited 100 people to your wedding, we suggest to add 120 gifts. Price wise, it's the moment to be a bit crazy,... It's your big day after all. Nevertheless don't forget to add less costly gifts to fit with everyone finances.
Can we edit our registry after we've posted it?
Of course you can! Just click on the little pink pencil to edit a gift. Or on the grey trash if you want to delete a gift.
How do I manage my registry?
Once you're logged in, simply click on 'my registry' or 'create a registry' and manage whatever you need to on your registry dashboard.
Can my partner access & update our registry through his/her own account?
For the moment it's not possible. We're working on it.
How do I remove an item from my registry?
Simply click on the grey trash on your registry dashboard. If the item has already been purchased, we will contact you.
What is Group Gifting?
Group Gifting allows guest to contribute any amount to a specific gift.
How do I enable Group Gifting?
Just switch the 'group gifting' option when you add a gift to your registry.
What happens if a Group Gift isn't completely fulfilled - will I still get my funds?
Yes you will. But WeCocoon will contact you. Maybe you'll want to contribute the remaining amount in order to receive what you asked for. Or something else on the WeCocoon shop?
I really like one of your brands but I don't find a specific product?
We've uploaded as many products as we can on WeCocoon. It's constantly evolving. But if we did forget to upload one specific product from one of our partners, just write to hello@wecocoon.com or to your personal registry assistant in order to fix it. We will upload the wished product just for you

Can I add gifts from other websites onto my WeCocoon registry? How?
Yes you can. Just click on "create a gift" in the checklist section and follow the instructions.
I've added a product a while ago but it might not be available anymore when my guests will proceed with checkout. What will happen?
Product availability depends on our partner's stocks. We will inform you when it will be available again. If the product is out of stock definitively, then you have two options. First you keep this amount as credit for any other WeCocoon product. Second you ask for a refund that will be wired on your bank account.
I've allowed the group gifting option on a gift but the total amount hasn't been reached. What will happen?
No problem, you have three options. First you complete the missing amount to reach the total. Second you keep this amount as credit for any other WeCocoon product. Third you ask for a refund that will be wired on your bank account.

How do I register for a honeymoon or cash gift?
If you want to receive cash, simply create a gift. All transfers given to a "created gift" will be transfered directly to your bank account.
What if I want to use a cash gift to purchase something on WeCocoon?
Contact us. We will figure out something just for you.
Does WeCocoon charge any processing fee on the cash funds?
Yes, WeCocoon takes 1% processing fee on the total cash fund.
How can I claim my funds?
It’s easy, just e-mail hello@wecocoon.com requesting that your funds be deposited. Please allow up to 5 working days before seeing the money on your account. The money will be wired on the account you indicated when you signed up. If you want to wire the funds to a different account, just let us know.

How do I know if guests can view my registry?
You should click on "go live" to make your registry available to your guests.
What if some of our guests aren't computer friendly?
Please contact us on hello@wecocoon.com and we will contact those guests one by one. They can also directly call us from Monday to Sunday between 9am and 9pm on +32 474 36 38 00
Can I make my registry completely private, so only my guests can view it?
For sure you can. When you start creating your registry, we will ask if you want to make it public or private. If you decide to make it a private one, simply add a password. Don't forget to share this password with your guests.

How do I find a wedding registry?
Click on 'find a registry' and search via first or last name. Then click on the corresponding registry you're looking for.
Is my personal information safe?
Of course. We keep your information for us! Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information about your private data.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We use trusted payment systems. Namely PayPal and Stripe.
If I contribute to a Group Gift, will the couple know?
Yes. They'll get informed about the amount you contributed and will receive your personal message.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Sure you can. We even recommend to do so. You'll get the chance to add a personal message on the first page of the checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
If you decided to ship to your address we will send you a tracking number whenever our partner provides one. Although we recommand to ship directly to the happy couple. If so, we will share the tracking number with them. You should then only expect a thanks note from them. And maybe a selfie with the gift in their hand?
Why is there a handling fee on my order?
Mangopay charges 1.8% + €0.18 (Visa and Mastercard payments) and PayPal charges 3.4%. WeCocoon doesn’t make any money there. Wire transfers are free of course.
